Job Details
Join our team as an IT Configuration Engineer II, where you'll lead the charge in migrating and managing our development systems. This remote role offers a chance to work with innovative technologies and collaborate with diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Execute tasks following established development standards and escalate issues as needed.
- Troubleshoot application problems and report progress to project leads.
- Lead the migration from TFS/Azure DevOps to Jira and manage Git repository conversions.
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure successful post-conversion testing.
Skills
- Proficient with TFVC repositories and Git responses.
- Experienced with the git-tfs open-source tool and Git LFS.
- Familiar with Azure DevOps “Boards” service, including Work Items and Backlogs.
- Strong knowledge of Jira and GitHub.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with TFS4JIRA integration.
- Capable of handling complex assignments with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication and coordination skills across diverse teams.
