Aspire IT Solutions is in a need of -
Role: Scrum Master (ERP Program)
Location: Remote + 20% travel to PA (Expenses Covered)
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
Prior experience with Federal/State clients is required
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies across multiple scrum teams
- Track story progress, manage blockers, and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure alignment with program milestones and dependencies
- Collaborate closely with PMO, architects, and leads
Required:
- 10+ years as Scrum Master
- Experience in ERP/large-scale transformation programs.
