Job Title: Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Analyst
Location: San Jose, CA (Day 1 Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop disaster recovery (DR) strategies for new product releases, ensuring regulatory and internal compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Engineering, Product) to define and implement resilience requirements.
- Integrate resiliency into digital transformation, cloud migration, and automation initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate DR simulations, tabletop exercises, and training across business and technology teams.
- Identify process or technical gaps; implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide support during product certification audits such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and ensure alignment with DR architecture.
- Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Threat & Impact Assessments (TIA) to identify critical dependencies and recovery strategies.
- Offer hands-on support for resiliency and continuity planning tools.
- Track and report key metrics on resilience posture; drive continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry standards, trends, and best practices in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR).
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in enterprise business continuity or resiliency programs.
- Strong technical background in infrastructure, cloud technologies, SaaS platforms, and data storage systems.
- Demonstrated project management and data analysis skills, including reporting and visualization.
- Experience with Business Continuity Management (BCM) tools like Fusion Framework is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High situational awareness with the ability to navigate crises and align business objectives.
Relevant Certifications preferred:
- CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional)
- MBCP (Master Business Continuity Professional)
- CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control)
