Hiring: W2 Candidates Only

Location: USA

Visa: Open to any visa type with valid work authorization in the USA

Level: Mid to Lead positions

Qualifications:

The ability to update and create technical procedural documentation. Administrative knowledge of Windows server, networking, and storage best practices and or Cisco Networking best practices. Should be considered very competent in one, and familiar with the other. Knowledge of IT infrastructure, change management methodologies, problem solving methodology. Basic understanding of Mechanical and Electrical infrastructure within a Data Center environment. Familiar with racking different types of equipment (eg. SUN, DELL, IBM, Blade technology Cisco, etc...) within a data center environment with emphasis on organized and clean cable management. Experience with Data Center monitoring tools such as SCCM, SolarWinds, NetScout, or similar technologies. Strong customer service orientation, proven ability to pay attention to details, proven dependability, promptness, and a solid attendance history.

Focus on Data Networking will have: Experience with Cisco switch routers access points. The ability to trouble-shoot many facets of network layers and components Experience supporting Cisco services to include Cisco routers switches and wireless access points. Experience with Cisco DNA, ISE, and Prime. Advanced knowledge of networking components and services such as TCP IP protocols, DHCP and DNS technologies, and LAN WAN topologies and transports. Familiarity and baseline experience, with items listed as Data Center focus or the willingness to complete cross-training within 90 days of hire.

Focus on Data Center technology will have Experience with blade server technology. Experience with Citrix VDI deployment and support. Experience with High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) features. The ability to independently work with the Microsoft Windows Server Operating system, is required for troubleshooting, driver installs, upgrades, patching, and assistance with the deployment of servers. Experience with a raised floor Data Center environment with knowledge of power, heating, and cooling. Experience with storage technology hardware, EMC, Brocade, etc. Familiarity and baseline experience in skills required in the Network focus or the willingness to cross-train within 90 days of hire
