Job Details

Role : SAP Payroll Functional Consultant (USA Payroll Experience)
Location: The Woodlands, TX ( Remote )
Duration: Long Term Contract
Experience : 12+ Years
Required Skills:
  • 12+ Years of strong experience as an SAP HCM Payroll Functional Consultant.
  • Deep expertise in US Payroll configuration, schema modifications, PCR creation, off-cycle payroll, and year-end processing.
  • Solid understanding of BSI Tax Factory and US tax compliance.
  • Experience with Payroll Posting to FI, wage type mapping, and GL integration.
  • Strong knowledge of Time Management, Benefits, and PA/OM.
  • Experience working with production support and enhancement projects.
  • Ability to write functional/technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors EC Payroll is a plus.
