Job Description:
Network Services is seeking a Senior System Engineer resource to provide design, engineering, technical, implementation support, process design and service design package documentation for the Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX). There are enhanced call routing & call center agent/supervisor functional requirements that require a skilled technical engineering resource.
This resource will provide Level 2 and 3 technical support, training, and knowledge transfer to the Telephony Services staff. In addition, this resource will provide engineering and technical support for the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).
Required Technology Skill Set:
- Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX): 5+ years
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM): 5+ years
- Cisco Unity Connection (CUC): 5+ years
