Job Details

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant for Phase-II of our Finance Implementation initiative. The focus will be on Inventory, Warehouse Management, and GMP-compliant processes. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in NetSuite ERP implementations in regulated environments (Life Sciences, Pharma, or Biotech) and a strong understanding of GxP requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of NetSuite modules for Inventory, Advanced Warehouse Management (WMS), and GMP-compliant operations.

  • Translate GxP regulatory and business requirements into NetSuite configurations and process flows.

  • Collaborate with QA/Compliance teams to ensure proper documentation, validation, and testing in line with GxP guidelines.

  • Design and implement solutions for lot traceability, batch management, expiration control, and material movement tracking.

  • Customize inventory workflows to align with GMP practices and ensure audit readiness.

  • Define and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with functional stakeholders.

  • Manage user training, system testing, UAT, and validation protocols for GMP-related functions.

  • Support data migration, cutover planning, and go-live activities for the warehouse and inventory modules.

  • Monitor post-implementation support and resolve any issues in compliance with change control procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with NetSuite ERP, particularly Inventory and WMS modules.

  • Proven experience implementing NetSuite in a GxP-compliant environment (Life Sciences, Biotech, or Pharmaceutical preferred).

  • Deep understanding of GMP requirements (FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU GMP Annex 11, etc.).

  • Experience with NetSuite Quality Management and/or Serialization is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of finance and supply chain integration points.

  • Familiarity with NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills for working with cross-functional teams and auditors.
