Job Title: Ab Initio Administrator
Location: Atlanta, GA 30303 (Hybrid)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (onsite and remote mix)
Job Description:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with:
- Ab Initio expertise
- Unix shell scripting
- Basic knowledge of Hadoop
- Scheduling tools like CA ESP
- SQL
- Provide L2/L3 level support for Ab Initio environments.
- Perform daily health checks on servers through manual or automated scripts and monitoring tools.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for production processes and guide the team during failures.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver practical solutions.
- Participate in quarterly Disaster Recovery (DR) activities to ensure system availability and configuration according to Recovery Point Objectives (RPO).
- Experience working in Agile projects with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Banking domain experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working in a global delivery environment.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ITIL processes including Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multi-stakeholder team environment.
