The Opportunity

As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend and frontend applications. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your knowledge in Java-based backend development and modern frontend frameworks to deliver quality solutions in an Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps-driven environment. This role offers the chance to work on application modernization and performance improvements while mentoring junior developers and building meaningful client relationships.

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 5 years of experience

- Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college.

What Sets You Apart

- Master's Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems preferred

- AWS (or) Azure (or) Google Cloud Platform Foundational Certifications preferred

- Leading Java-based application support operations

- Overseeing incident resolution and root cause analysis

- Developing RESTful APIs and microservices

- Implementing CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments

- Optimizing backend performance and security practices

- Participating in Agile sprints and mentoring junior developers

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

The salary range for this position is: $58,000 - $161,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
