Job Description

Seeking a Cybersecurity L3 professional and Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise-level cybersecurity operations, vulnerability management, and governance programs. This role combines hands-on technical depth with project management and leadership to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient operations across global environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor SOC teams to deliver high-quality security monitoring, detection, and incident response.

  • Manage Trend Micro platforms (Apex One, Deep Security, Cloud One) for endpoint and cloud protection.

  • Oversee Rapid7 InsightVM/Nexpose for end-to-end vulnerability management and remediation tracking.

  • Implement and maintain GRC frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, TISAX, CIS) using tools like ServiceNow GRC or RSA Archer.

  • Act as Technical Project Manager, driving cybersecurity initiatives from planning to implementation.

  • Ensure SOC service delivery meets SLAs and KPIs; manage escalations and client communications.

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership visibility and compliance audits.

Required Skills

  • 10 12+ years in Cybersecurity Operations, Vulnerability Management, and Technical Project Management.

  • Hands-on with Trend Micro, Rapid7, GRC tools, and modern EDR/SIEM platforms.

  • Strong understanding of incident response, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

  • Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications: CISSP, CISM, PMP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CEH.

  • Experience with AWS/Azure cloud security and DevSecOps environments.

  • Background in regulated industries (Manufacturing, Automotive) preferred.
