Philips Transparency Details
The hourly pay range for this position in (Pennsylvania) is $39.00 to $62.00.
The hourly pay range for this position in (Massachusetts) is $44.00 to $70.00.
This role also includes field service and lead generation incentive bonus plans, on-call pay, company fleet/car, training, and advancement opportunities. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive plan, field service incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Remote Service Engineer - Ultrasound (Remote, Boston & Philadelphia)
Job Description
Our team enjoys helping each other resolve issues for our Ultrasound customers and taking on projects to better our team.
Your role:
- Acting as a Remote Service Engineer (RSE), the aim of your job is to provide telephone, remote technical support, and provide remote diagnostics to external healthcare customers and field partners utilizing the latest remote access technologies. You will be responsible for:
- Acting as a Philips Representative in response to customer inquiries and providing telephone and remote technical support to external customers
- Resolving customer service events by leveraging Philips tools and resources as needed
- Timely escalation of customer product issues for evaluation and action by higher level support
- Utilization of appropriate remote tools to resolve issues and thus avoid dispatching of service call to Field Service Engineer
You're the right fit if:
- You've acquired 5+ years of experience in Ultrasound Philips systems
- Your skills include computer networking, technical solutions authoring and ability to solve mechanical and electrical issues
- You have a 2 year associates; 4 year technical degree preferred
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Field Service position.
- You're versatile to work with a variety of Philips Products.
