Senior DevOps Engineer -Midlevel-- Fulltime --(H1B/OPT Accepted)
Location: Austin, TX ( Remote)
Duration: Long Term
We're seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. You'll be a technical leader, responsible for optimizing and automating our software development lifecycle (SDLC) with a focus on continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage a robust and scalable DevOps infrastructure.
- Automate software builds, deployments, and testing processes using CI/CD pipelines.
- Configure and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to bridge the gap and ensure smooth deployments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues proactively.
- Implement and manage configuration management tools (e.g., Chef, Puppet).
- Optimize infrastructure performance and resource utilization.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest DevOps tools and technologies.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer with a proven track record of success.
- In-depth knowledge of DevOps principles and methodologies (CI/CD, Agile).
- Expertise in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI).
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible preferred).
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) - familiarity with at least one is preferred.
- Experience with configuration management tools (Chef, Puppet).
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
