We are seeking an Integrated Marketing lead to build integrated marketing plans for our Data Security & Governance Solution Play and to drive usage of our security products. You will lead our Data Security & Governance Solution Play, building and executing an innovative integrated marketing plan that illustrates the value of our cybersecurity solutions and drives engagement/leads. You will also build and execute integrated marketing plans to drive usage for the Security business. This role will need to earn influence across multiple levels of the organization to create compelling, customer-focused, integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness and acquisition for Microsoft Security. This position is for a marketing professional with demonstrated success building and executing integrated marketing strategies and a drive for results. Candidates will need communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders across all levels and functions in the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive usage.
  • Develop integrated marketing strategy for Data Security & Governance, including the customer journey across digital marketing channels to drive acquisition/engagement.
  • Develop and oversee implementation of global re-engagement strategy with nurture and promotional emails in close coordination with Marketing Operations and the security editorial calendar.
  • Support quarterly and fiscal year priorities and planning by identifying investment opportunities and areas of growth to bring focus to our marketing execution.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing teams to understand market dynamics, business opportunities, product roadmaps, and disclosure plans.
  • Collaborate with Analytics teams to support Integrated Marketing reviews and leverage self-serve dashboards to independently analyze performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Share and evangelize marketing plans, gathering feedback based on research and learnings.
  • Support new Product Marketing initiatives, determining appropriate levels and methods of support and necessary reprioritization of resources through a v-team.
  • Collaborate with channel leads to develop and execute comprehensive channel plans, ensuring seamless integration into the customer journey.
  • Drive innovation through test-and-learn marketing experiments to optimize strategies and results throughout the customer journey.
  • Lead bi-weekly syncs across channel and IM leads for shared learnings and briefings.

Qualifications:

Required/minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years experience in marketing strategy, campaign execution, or program management.
Additional or preferred qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 2+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR equivalent experience.
Integrated Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
