Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 Customer Order Management (COM) Lead to join an ongoing Infor M3 implementation project currently in the testing phase. The design phase is complete, and we need a hands-on, techno-functional expert to lead the COM workstream through testing and validation, ensuring configuration aligns with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Customer Order Management (COM) workstream in the Infor M3 implementation project.
• Perform hands-on configuration of the M3 COM module to support business processes.
• Act as a liaison between functional and technical teams, providing insight into both sides of the implementation.
• Partner with stakeholders to review, test, and validate system functionality against business requirements.
• Identify, document, and resolve issues that arise during the testing phase.
• Support data validation, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide guidance and support to end users and internal teams throughout the testing and transition phases.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Infor M3 experience, with a focus on the Customer Order Management module.
• Demonstrated hands-on configuration experience within the COM module.
• Strong understanding of order management workflows, pricing, shipping, and invoicing.
• Proven experience leading workstreams in large-scale ERP implementations.
• Techno-functional skill set able to bridge functional requirements with technical execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous experience supporting projects in testing or post-design phases preferred.
