TS/SCI GEOINT Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Source Strategies Analyst with hands-on experience in the GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS) platform to support a mission-critical intelligence program in Northern Virginia. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of GEOINT collection management, analytical thinking, and the ability to implement situation-driven strategies to address complex intelligence requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize GIMS to perform critical functions including, but not limited to:
• GIN creation and modification
• Setting dissemination rules
• Conducting OOI queries
• Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that support complex GEOINT problem-solving.
• Develop and implement ad hoc collection strategies to meet urgent or evolving mission needs.
• Evaluate and test new capabilities and procedures within GIMS to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with mission partners to coordinate collection requirements and ensure timely task execution.
• Travel up to 25% in support of mission objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to take a CI polygraph.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated experience using GIMS and performing functions such as GIN creation, modifications, dissemination rules, and OOI queries.
• Familiarity with GEOINT data analysis and the ability to draw actionable conclusions.
• Familiarity with implementing ad hoc GEOINT collection strategies.
• Familiarity with evaluating or testing new GIMS capabilities and workflows.
• Ability to work onsite in Northern Virginia 40 hours per week.
