Overview:
Seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director to lead integrated campaign strategy and orchestration across our B2B marketing initiatives. This role will be instrumental in driving end-to-end campaign planning, alignment, and performance across employer, health plan, and consultant audiences. The ideal candidate is a seasoned campaign strategist with deep experience in omnichannel marketing, stakeholder alignment, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and orchestration of integrated marketing campaigns that align with business priorities and audience needs.
  • Translate segment and content marketers' strategic objectives into actionable campaign plans, timelines, and deliverables across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams including segment marketing, content, corporate communications and marketing channel owners to ensure campaign cohesion and impact.
  • Own campaign briefing, messaging alignment, and creative direction in collaboration with content and segment marketers.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights; recommend adjustments to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, providing visibility into campaign progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Manage campaign calendars and ensure alignment across multiple initiatives and business units
Qualifications:
  • 12-15+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on integrated campaign strategy and execution
  • Proven success in leading complex, multi-channel campaigns targeting employer. consultant and/or health plan audiences
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape is preferred
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization or agency/consulting environment
  • Ability to thrive working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth setting with shifting priorities
