Minimum Requirements:
8 years - Experience working with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules.
8 years - Experience developing with PeopleTools (PeopleCode, Application Packages, Application Engine, COBOL, SQR).
8 years - Experience developing with Integration Broker (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
8 years - Experience working with advanced SQL and PL/SQL in Oracle database.
8 years - Experience with Linux OS scripting.
8 years - Experience working with Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
8 years - Experience analyzing business requirements and creating technical design documents.
8 years - Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio) - with at least 4 of these applications.
8 years - Experience working with MS Teams in a large team setting - at least 4 years of experience.
Preferred Experience:
4 years - Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government).
2 years - Experience working with the State of Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system.
2 years - Experience working with the Treasury Offset Program (TOP).

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Developer with deep expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, specifically in the Accounts Receivable and Billing modules.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and enhancing ERP applications through development, integration, and data conversion efforts.
This role requires strong technical proficiency in PeopleTools, Integration Broker, and Oracle SQL, as well as experience working in collaborative, remote team environments.
The candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless integration of custom applications into the ERP system and supporting the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Responsibilities:
Review, analyze, and modify ERP programming systems to support enterprise-wide PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 applications.
Perform software development tasks including coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
Ensure seamless integration of custom software into the PeopleSoft ERP system.
Coordinate and execute ETL procedures to migrate data from legacy systems into PeopleSoft.
Develop and maintain interface programs between PeopleSoft and third-party systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and support standard SDLC processes.
Participate in project planning, status meetings, and provide updates on development progress.
Support off-hours work as needed depending on project phase or critical deployments.
