RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager - Corporate Rebranding in Chesterfield, MO.

Key Responsibilities:
The project manager will work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project stays on track and in budget. Entities with whom the project manager will likely collaborate include:
* Market Strategy Team: Collaborate closely with leaders from Market Strategy, Marketing Communications, and Internal Communications to develop detailed timelines, budgets, and assign responsibilities for all internal and external deliverables
* Branding Agency: Coordinate on-time delivery of all brand assets (logos, templates, videos, trade show materials, etc.), ensuring completion, accuracy and formatting
* Communications & HR: Work with customer-facing and internal teams to align messaging and launch activities
* IT & HR: Ensure consistent messaging and accurate information on the internal communications portal
* IT: Oversee transition of business communications in ERP systems to the new brand identity for the external launch
* Website Developer: Manage updates of logos and visual elements on the customer-facing website to coincide with the external launch
* HR & Recruiting: Update recruiting materials, job application sites, and third-party partner sites with new branding, and confirm all updates conform to brand standards
* Plant Operations: Coordinate with contacts at 20+ plants to update employee communications, message boards, carton artwork, uniforms, truck decals, and other daily-use items

Signage Transition: Lead Phase I transition of exterior and interior signage at 6-8 plants, including:
* Generating a list of required sign types and dimensions
* Obtaining site-specific quotes for signage creation and installation
* Determining permitting needs for exterior signage

* Finance: Ensure all branding initiative costs are tracked and coded correctly

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
* 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in marketing, brand strategy, or corporate communications within the manufacturing industry
* Proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives involving creative, legal, and executive stakeholders
* Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project)
* Strong understanding of change management principles and stakeholder engagement strategies
* Ability to develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams
* Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and facilitating workshops or feedback sessions
* Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to navigate sensitive brand-related discussions
* Ability to translate business goals into brand strategy and execution plans
* Skilled in identifying risks, resolving conflicts, and driving continuous improvement
* PMP or other Project Management Certification preferred but not required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
