Duration: Long term Contract

Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Tech Lead to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java-based technologies, microservices architecture, and front-end frameworks such as ReactJS.
• As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of enterprise-level applications, providing technical guidance to the development team, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Spring Boot-based microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional and non-functional requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technical solutions and guide the team through design decision-making processes.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications through performance tuning and optimization.
• Manage production support activities, troubleshoot critical issues, and drive root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers working with ReactJS.
• Write efficient and maintainable code using Core Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other modern tools.
• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and database procedures across Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL databases.
• Demonstrate strong debugging skills for both batch and online processing environments.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a technical leadership role.
• 6+ years of total experience in Information Technology, with strong expertise in:
• Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate
• Microservices architecture and API development
• ReactJS front-end framework
• SQL and database development (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proven experience in debugging, production support, and performance tuning.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate and choose between multiple technical solutions.
• Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
