Requirements
Technical Skills Required:
- Proficiency in agile development methodologies.
- Expertise in developing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Extensive programming experience with Java, JavaScript, Go, Python, HTML, CSS3, TypeScript, and similar languages.
- Database management skills with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Couchbase, or other SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Adeptness in object-oriented design and familiar with various design patterns.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
- Experience in CI/CD pipeline implementation with tools like Jenkins is highly regarded.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies, especially React, is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure cloud tools is welcome but not mandatory.
Responsibilities Include:
- Developing advanced and complex code as a key technical expert.
- Conducting code reviews to align with enterprise and architectural standards.
- Engaging actively in Agile processes, including stand-ups and sprint planning.
- Managing and testing to deliver accurate and quality business solutions.
- Contributing to the ongoing development and refinement of architectural practices.
- Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during production.
- Acting as a mentor within the technology team, guiding and advising fellow engineers.
