Job Details

  • Provide in-person and remote support for conference rooms, huddle spaces, and collaboration areas across the region.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues related to AV equipment, video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, Webex), network connectivity, and room control systems.
  • Conduct routine health checks and preventative maintenance to ensure system uptime and meeting readiness.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and lifecycle records for all AV and collaboration-related hardware.
  • Ensure devices and systems are compliant with corporate IT standards, including up-to-date firmware, security patches, and software versions.
  • Support live and hybrid internal/external events, executive meetings, and town halls as technical lead when needed.
  • Monitor and track the following operational metrics:
    • System uptime and room readiness
    • Incident volume and resolution times
    • Room utilization trends and capacity planning
    • Recurring issues and root cause analysis
  • Generate and deliver regular reports and dashboards to regional and global IT leadership.
  • Lead or participate in quarterly audits of all collaboration spaces to validate asset accuracy, technology standards, and performance benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with global IT, AV engineering, and facilities teams on new deployments, refresh projects, and continuous improvements.
  • Document room configurations, procedures, and knowledge articles for end-user and technician use.
  • Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting AV equipment and video conferencing platforms (Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco Webex, etc.).
  • Familiarity with room scheduling systems, control interfaces (e.g., Crestron, Extron), and collaboration hardware (e.g., Logitech, Poly, Cisco).
  • Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, VLANs, Wi-Fi, PoE) and experience working with IT infrastructure teams.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience using tools like Excel, Power BI, or collaboration analytics platforms.
