Software Development III – Wire Framing Specialist
Location: Remote (Standard work hours, EST 9–5)

Job Description
We are seeking a Software Development Engineer to support the design and development of a new enterprise web application within the Chief Information Office (CIO) group. This role will focus on converting an existing Excel-based Risk Register into a fully functional web application.
The position requires strong UI design, prototyping, and wireframing skills, combined with expertise in modern web application development. The successful candidate will work closely with business users to gather requirements, design intuitive interfaces, and deliver an application that supports business needs. This is a creative and self-directed role with significant ownership of the project from design through delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Gather requirements directly from internal business users
• Design and create prototypes and wireframes for a new Risk Register application
• Translate requirements into intuitive, user-friendly web interfaces
• Develop and implement web application features using Angular, .Net MVC Core, and Entity Framework
• Work independently to create project direction and deliverables
• Collaborate with other developers, analysts, and internal customers to ensure successful delivery
Required Experience/Skills
• Expertise in prototyping, UI design, and wireframing
• Proficiency with Angular, .Net MVC Core, and Microsoft Entity Framework
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with business users and technical teams
• Experience translating business requirements into working web applications
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of a new project
Nice-to-Haves
• Experience with modern client-side frameworks such as React, Blazor, Telerik, or Kendo UI
• Familiarity with SQL Server 2021 backend development and optimization
• Background in converting manual or Excel-based processes into enterprise applications
• Prior exposure to enterprise or government contracting environments
Education
BS and 4–8 years of prior relevant experience, or Masters with 2–6 years of prior relevant experience
