We are seeking an experienced Electrician Grade 4MA to join our 2nd shift team. This role involves planning, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex electrical systems and equipment, including motors, digital drives, high-voltage circuits, and control panels. The ideal candidate will have extensive electrical experience in an industrial setting, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to safety and continuous learning.
Schedule & Compensation

- \n2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 11:00 PM \n
- \nBase Pay: $37.95/hour \n
- \nShift Differential: +$1.50/hour \n
- \nOvertime: Available as business needs dictate \n
Key Responsibilities
- \n
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical motors, drives, and control panels \n
- Troubleshoot electrical issues, including PLC programming and digital drive operations \n
- Maintain and install electrical services for plant lighting, HVAC, and equipment \n
- Perform preventative maintenance and machine changeovers \n
- Maintain the boiler room and calibrate scales/equipment \n
- Complete required paperwork and follow safety procedures (Lockout/Tagout, NFPA70E) \n
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizations \n
Required Knowledge & Skills
- \n
- \nElectrical Systems: AC/DC circuits (100V, 200V, 480V, 2300V) \n
- \nPLC & Controls: Familiarity with PLC programming, HMIs, sensors, level controls, and AC/DC drives \n
- \nSafety & Compliance: Understanding of electrical safety principles and industrial safety regulations \n
- \nTroubleshooting: Strong ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently \n
- \nTechnical Proficiency: Experience using SAP CMMS or similar maintenance management systems \n
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- \n
- Climbing ladders, working at heights, and balancing on lifts \n
- Lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, crouching, and working in confined spaces \n
- Exposure to high temperatures (120 F+) and cold conditions (below 32 F)\n \n
- Potential exposure to fumes, solvents, hydraulic oils, and loud noise (PPE provided) \n
