We are looking for a skilled Lead Revenue Analyst with deep expertise in Gross-To-Net (GTN) accounting, Accounts Receivable (AR), and SAP S/4HANA to support accurate revenue recognition and seamless integration with Trade Promotion systems like Visualfabriq.
This techno-functional role (approximately 60% business / 40% technical) requires a hands-on professional who can work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and IT to enhance GTN workflows, improve data accuracy, and support system integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee GTN processes including rebates, deductions, accruals, chargebacks, and returns.
Ensure proper revenue recognition by aligning TPM data (e.g., from Visualfabriq) with S/4HANA and AR systems.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in GTN accounting and AR reconciliation.
Collaborate with Commercial, FP&A, Sales, and IT teams to improve revenue and promotion workflows.
Define and validate interface requirements between TPM platforms and SAP S/4HANA.
Lead GTN-related tasks during S/4HANA transformation, including UAT, data validation, and testing.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for system enhancements and automation.
Identify and implement process improvements for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Prepare audit-ready documentation to support SOX and internal controls related to revenue and receivables.
Develop dashboards and analytics to monitor GTN metrics and trends.
Contribute to enterprise-level revenue transformation initiatives in a high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of experience in Revenue Accounting, GTN, or AR roles
At least 3 years working with SAP S/4HANA, particularly in FI/CO and AR modules
Familiarity with TPM systems such as Visualfabriq, SAP TPM, or Vistex
Strong grasp of rebate programs, settlements, accrual logic, and AR subledger processes
Experience supporting financial close, forecasting, and revenue reporting cycles
Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively
Preferred:
Background in CPG, Pharma, or Retail with complex GTN structures
Understanding of integration tools (SAP PI/PO, CPI) and interface monitoring
Skilled in data querying, revenue variance analysis, and financial data modeling
