Job Summary: The Ivalua Configurator will be responsible for the configuration, customization, and optimization of the Ivalua platform. This hands-on role focuses on translating business requirements into Ivalua configurations. Key Responsibilities: Configure and customize the Ivalua platform according to requirements. Collaborate with team members/internal clients to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and maintain configuration documentation, test scripts. Provide technical guidance and expertise on best practices for using the Ivalua platform. Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure the Ivalua platform is operating effectively. Assist with data migration and integration tasks. Configuration of AI Chatbot skills. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of experience in configuring and managing the Ivalua (or any other procurement) platform. Ivalua L1 Fundamental Configuration Certification. Advanced knowledge of SQL (writing and optimizing queries), ETL processes and database management. Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ability to work effectively with remote teams and stakeholders across different geographic locations. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge about procurement processes and procurement software solutions. Experience preparing process documentation and troubleshooting with operations team. Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AI Chatbot skill configurations. Ivalua L2 & above configuration certifications. Ivalua Configuration experience. Education: Bachelors Degree
