Job Details
Role:- Solution Architect Azure with JAVA
Remote
Key Focus Areas
- Lead a team working on data conversion, real-time data integration, and platform development.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, but not a DevOps engineer role.
- Must be able to design scalable systems, guide developers, and collaborate across teams.
Must-Have Skills
- Cloud Platforms: Strong experience with Azure (AKS, ADLS, Azure DevOps).
- Programming: Solid in Java; bonus if familiar with Rust or other functional languages.
- Architecture:
- Microservices
- Event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka)
- API-first design
- Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Data Engineering:
- Experience with Databricks and Data Mesh concepts.
- Familiarity with real-time data pipelines and data conversion processes.
- Security & Compliance: Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, finance).
Soft Skills & Leadership
- Experience leading engineering teams and mentoring developers.
- Comfortable running Agile ceremonies (scrum, backlog grooming).
- Able to communicate well with technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and whiteboarding skills.
- Can work across data, infrastructure, and product teams.
