Overview
Join our Intelligent Automation team as a Software Engineer driving transformative solutions powered by Generative AI and Agentic AI. You'll collaborate across teams to architect and develop high-impact automation platforms, build Proof-of-Concept demos, and deliver scalable products that enhance efficiency and innovation.
This role requires expertise in specialty software engineering and intelligent automation frameworks. You'll evaluate complex challenges, shape solution architectures, and contribute to large-scale planning efforts with a focus on compliance, security, and quality assurance.

Join our Intelligent Automation team as a Software Engineer driving transformative solutions powered by Generative AI and Agentic AI. You'll collaborate across teams to architect and develop high-impact automation platforms, build Proof-of-Concept demos, and deliver scalable products that enhance efficiency and innovation.
This role requires expertise in specialty software engineering and intelligent automation frameworks. You'll evaluate complex challenges, shape solution architectures, and contribute to large-scale planning efforts with a focus on compliance, security, and quality assurance.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions using GenAI and Agentic AI frameworks
- Architect Agentic HyperAutomation systems that streamline business processes and enhance decision-making
- Build prototypes, demos, and POCs showcasing the potential of emerging AI technologies
- Evaluate variable factors in software engineering challenges and propose informed, scalable solutions
- Integrate with platforms including Vertex AI, LangChain, and Gitogenin, ensuring seamless interoperability
- Champion testing, defect resolution, and solution optimization across automation applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver aligned, high-value products
- Share best practices and contribute to team-wide knowledge development in AI architecture and automation systems
- 4+ years of experience in Specialty Software Engineering, or equivalent combination of work, consulting, military, or educational background
- Proven hands-on expertise with:
- Pega
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI)
- Alteryx (data transformation and automation)
- Kofax (OCR), UI Path
- GenAI and Agentic AI platforms and tools
- UI Path Certified
- Microsoft Power Platform Certified
- Alteryx Certified
- GenAI / Agentic AI Certified
- Experience with Agentic frameworks such as LangChain, Gitogenin, Vertex AI
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Proficiency in solution design and AI architecture strategy
