Title: Stakeholder Engagement & Education Coordinator
Location: 100% Remote
Terms of Employment
W2 Contract, 6 Months (Possible extension)
This is a Remote Opportunity (Eastern time zone )
Shift schedule of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM(Possible occasional start time of 8:00 AM)
Overview
The Stakeholder Engagement and Education Coordinator is responsible for building and executing the training curriculum for stakeholder groups for the IHSC program. The stakeholder groups will be created by the Stakeholder Engagement and Education Coordinator with membership that ensures representation of internal staff, client staff, and providers. The Stakeholder Engagement and Training Coordinator will work with the IHSC program leadership to provide any support needed for the stakeholders for this program. The Stakeholder Engagement and Education Coordinator is the main point of contact for all webinars, training sessions, and gathering and communicating provider feedback. Creating a smooth onboarding of client staff and providers is the key mission of the Stakeholder Engagement and Education Coordinator.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement community outreach programs that promote health education and disease prevention.
Provide education and onboarding technical assistance for new/existing stakeholders
Create and Update Provider Manuals and User Guides for the IHSC program s systems and processes, as appropriate.
Develop program education plan and conduct stakeholder education sessions and assist in evaluating stakeholder training quality trends. Work with program leadership to develop training aides to help educate stakeholders.
Coordinates with all training staff to ensure training courses are developed and delivered to all identified stakeholders to meet expectations of the program education plan.
As a subject matter expert (SME), prepare and present information about Acentra Health to IHSC stakeholder organizations about Acentra Health s systems and processes.
Develop relationships with key IHSC providers and client operations staff to understand their unique needs and perspectives on Acentra Health solution areas.
Represents Acentra Health at educational and training meetings with stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder group email boxes.
Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor s degree in a Human Service/Education field or discipline or a minimum of 10 years experience working in provider relations and education related to payer systems and processes.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience with claims processing, prior authorization, and provider management experience working with commercial or government payers.
Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing are required.
Must have the ability to review and analyze documentation against set standards.
Knowledge of education or workplace learning methodology.
Familiarity with computer applications and be able to navigate through multiple screens.
Knowledge of adult learning principles.
Ability to maintain confidentiality standards and HIPAA compliance when evaluating all pertinent issues
Preferred Skills & Experience
Master s degree preferred.
Sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
Professional acumen, ability to handle feedback from clients and groups, establish trust and mediate challenging situations.
