Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA Consultant with deep expertise in Sales & Distribution (SD) and Service Management within the S/4 HANA Public Cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes related to sales, order fulfillment, and after-sales service and will be responsible for implementing and optimizing solutions in alignment with best practices in the SAP Public Cloud ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead or support the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition with focus on Sales & Distribution (SD) and Service Management modules.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and configurations in SAP S/4 HANA.

Design, configure, and deploy end-to-end SD processes including order management, pricing, shipping, billing, and credit management.

Implement Service Management functions including service contracts, service orders, warranties, and customer service processes.

Work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure seamless integration.

Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.

Participate in fit-to-standard workshops and help the business adopt SAP standard processes wherever feasible.

Maintain compliance with SAP Activate methodology and project timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience with SAP SD and Service Management modules.

Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud implementations.

Strong S/4 Hana experience

Must have rental contracts experience along with service management

Strong understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash and service management processes.

Experience in Fit-to-Standard workshops and SAP Best Practices configuration.

Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and extensibility in S/4 HANA Cloud.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP S/4 HANA Certification (Public Cloud, SD, or Service Management).

Experience with integration scenarios (e.g., SAP CPI, APIs, non-SAP systems).

Knowledge of industry-specific solutions (e.g., professional services, manufacturing).
