Perficient is currently looking for an HCL Architect for our National Commerce Business Unit- this role will be REMOTE.

Job Overview:

As an HCL Commerce Technical Architect you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle that includes estimating, technical design, implementation, troubleshooting, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment, you will work with solution architects and developers on interpretation/translation of issues/requirements into technical design and code modifications.

  • Provide technical support or leadership in the development and continual improvement of the application and system performance improvements.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
  • Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level
  • Provide architectural solutions/designs to project execution teams for implementation.
  • Work with application developers, users, operational leadership, and subject matter experts to understand current and future operational data analysis goals. Recommend modern technology stacks to meet those goals and help engineering teams migrate towards their use.
  • Collaborate with the customer's operations and technology leadership on the future analytic goals of the organization and design a technical architecture to meet those goals. Participate in configuring the architecture and advise engineering teams on its efficient use.
  • Utilize analytical, process, and/or technical skills to meet project objectives and deliverables that are self-directed and within project scope.
  • Passionate coders with 7+ years of application development experience within HCL Commerce.
  • Experience with HCL Version 8.x to 9.x.
  • Client facing or consulting experience highly preferred.
  • Must be Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish)
  • Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs).
  • Experience with conducting technical analysis and high-level design.
  • Skilled problem solvers with the desire and proven ability to create innovative solutions.
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude, disciplined to manage multiple responsibilities and adjust to varied environments.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $81,978 to $178,090. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
