Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Tech Lead Analyst for its Tampa, FL location.

Duties: Collaborate with business and technology partners to drive solutions to business problems in support of the development of MicroStrategy, Tableau, and QlikSense products and services. Analyze requirements and provide end-to-end reporting solutions to multiple business groups within the bank. Analyze, design, develop, test, implement, and maintain application software. Coordinate MicroStrategy, Tableau, and QlikSense managed platform and take responsibility of production releases and talent job creation, software upgrades, vendor and resource management and serve as point of contact for MicroStrategy, Tableau, and QlikSense related initiatives involving existing projects and POC's for new reporting opportunities. Utilize various project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, and scrum) and adhere to standard system development life cycle processes within projects. Utilize knowledge of slowly changing dimension components to work on historical dataset. Utilize ETL methodology and reporting for datamining, data profiling, extraction, and design data conversions from a wide variety of source systems including SQL server, Oracle, Big data, and flat files. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation performing applications development. Five (5) years of experience must include: Developing detailed IT work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports and consulting with business clients to determine system functional specifications and provide user and operational support; Performing data architecture, business architecture and data governance in the financial industry; Maintaining domain level comprehensive technology roadmaps encompassing application and related infrastructure services that are consistent with the reference architecture and phased in accordance with business priorities, risk appetite and regulatory, risk and compliance requirements, and recommending process improvements; Tracking ongoing project issues and items through JIRA, evaluating business processes, system processes, and industry standards; Integrating to achieve architecture or infrastructure business objectives including support batch and streaming paradigms; Providing analysis to define problems and developing innovative solutions utilizing Talend; and Utilizing ETL Talend methodologies and data processing, and performing troubleshooting and debugging of Oracle Database issues, Qlik view, Qlik sense, Tableau and MicroStrategy. 40 hrs./wk.
