Job Title: Senior Front-End Developer

Responsibilities:
Design and develop high-performance web applications using React
Build scalable and maintainable front-end solutions.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers and back-end developers to create seamless user experiences.
Implement best practices for front-end development, including code reviews, testing, and performance optimization.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex front-end issues.
Contribute to the overall product development strategy and roadmap.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
8-10 years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.
Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Extensive experience with state management libraries such as Redux.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest) and end-to-end testing.
Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with server-side rendering and frameworks like Next.js.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of GraphQL and related technologies.
Experience with responsive web design (RWD) principles.
Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
