Normal Role Activities Include
Technical Support for Community Users
Windows and Apple computers
Android and iOS portable devices
PC Support and Deployment of New Equipment
Basic Office365 Support (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Teams)
Manage Network Printers and Peripherals (and lease agreements)
PC and Server Patching using tools like Manage Engine
Maintenance of Server Backups with Veeam
Active Directory (On Premise) User and Group Maintenance
Exchange Server Maintenance
Microsoft 365 Administration including Teams & SharePoint
ONSITE POSITION FIVE DAYS A WEEK IN DEERFIELD BEACH, FL
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $78000.00/yr.
