Job Details

A Houston company is looking for a Help Desk Technician to work ON-SITE on a long-term contract. Candidate MUST reside in the Houston area.

ONSITE in HOUSTON

Skills/Experience :

  • Minimum 2-3 years IT Helpdesk or Desktop related experience required.
  • Monitor ticketing systems and respond to incoming user issues
  • Providing 1st & 2nd level support ie; hardware / software, connectivity issues
  • Good understanding of Windows, O365 and Active Directory
  • Responsible for onboarding and offboarding pc users as needed and adding new users and accounts through Active Directory
  • Assist in providing quality customer service and assistance to approximately 5000 users
  • Looking for individuals that want to be trained and grow within the organization.
  • This position is 100% on-site
  • Must reside in the Houston area.
