Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance classic ASP and ASP.NET web applications.

  • Architect and optimize database schemas; design stored procedures, queries, and reporting solutions.

  • Work with SQL Server, Entity Framework, SSRS, and SSIS.

  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs using .NET Core.

  • Apply expertise in C#, Visual Studio, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap.

  • Ensure 504 ADA compliance across applications.

  • Redesign and modernize legacy ASP/ASP.NET 3.5 framework applications.

  • Develop reports in Crystal Reports (older and newer versions).

  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a fast-paced production environment.

  • Follow DevOps best practices and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Contribute within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Experience with ArcGIS is a plus.

Qualifications

  • 20+ years in software development, spanning legacy to modern technologies.

  • 20+ years with ASP and ASP.NET applications.

  • Strong experience in SQL Server design, queries, stored procedures, reporting services.

  • 15+ years with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

  • 15+ years in unit testing (nUnit or equivalent).

  • 10+ years Crystal Reports experience.

  • 5+ years building APIs with ASP.NET Core.

  • 5+ years redesigning and modernizing legacy applications.

  • 2+ years experience ensuring ADA 504 compliance.

  • Experience with ArcGIS or prior state agency projects is a plus.
