What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the strategic direction and delivery of IT solutions supporting Aggregates and HMA operations.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation and process optimization.

  • Oversee solution lifecycle management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with enterprise architecture.

  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure service delivery meets performance expectations.

  • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and agile methodologies.

What Are We Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a business-related field

  • 3+ years of experience using business systems applications
  • Strong understanding of Aggregates/HMA operations and related technologies
  • Experience with enterprise platforms, integration strategies, and cloud-based solutions
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex IT initiatives
  • Demonstrated capability in stakeholder engagement and change management

Work Environment
This role operates in a hybrid work environment with flexibility to work remotely and travel to operational sites as needed. Collaboration across teams and geographies is essential.
