General Summary

The Director, IT Integrated Business Planning & Procurementreports to the head of IT Logistics and Planning and is responsible for leading the development, maintenance, governance and evolution of the portfolio of IT services and solutions supporting all of Campbell's Supply Chain Planning processes, including Demand, Supply, Capacity, Production, Deployment, and Materials Requirements Planning. The role is also responsible for collaborating with IT and Business partners across the end-to-end IBP process to drive strategy and solutions.

The primary activities are:
  • Understand Supply Chain Planning and IBP business drivers and business capabilities (future and current state) and determine corresponding IT strategy to drive the Planning organization's targeted business outcomes.
  • Design and lead the implementation and maintenance of a relevant IT services and solutions portfolio based on the Supply Chain Planning and IBP functional strategy, business capabilities and business requirements.
  • Identify the organizational impact and financial impact of the IT services and solutions portfolio and develop plans with the relevant Supply Chain leaders to manage the impact effectively.
  • Understand and keep up to date on technology trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models.
  • Collaborate with our business partners and design long-term strategy plans & technology roadmaps and influence strategic goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop the overall systems strategy, set priorities, identify initiatives, oversee projects, establish adoption plans that maximize value for the Planning organization.
  • Own the relationship with the relevant Supply Chain Planning leaders and key stakeholders. Develop productive relationships with IBP leaders across the organization to influence how Planning initiatives can enable new sources of value.
  • Lead the on-going assessment of the technical and business fitness of the Planning IT services and solutions portfolio, their associated costs and risks, and rationalize them to maximize the business contribution.
  • Work with key stakeholders to define a prioritized set of business outcomes and services work to accomplish those outcomes. Lead the IT team's successful delivery of these business outcomes in partnership with business colleagues.
  • Provide leadership, vision and direction to the IT organization to ensure it will contribute to driving value for the Supply Chain Planning organization.
  • Partner with the Application Operations team to ensure that support activities are managed and governed according to SLAs.
  • Manage team personnel, developing their skills and capabilities to meet the needs of the strategic plan, as well as recruiting capabilities to address new needs and skills gaps.
  • Understand expense budgeting and forecasting as well as project budgets.
  • Manage relationships with major vendors and service providers to ensure they cost-effectively meet the needs of the organization.

Skills and Knowledge
  • Deep knowledge of IBP and Supply Chain Planning Processes and the Information and Technology supporting these processes
  • Broad knowledge/experience with Supply Chain Planning platforms and tools, strong SAP APO experience at a minimum.
  • The ability to translate business needs into IT solution requirements
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
  • Strong leadership and client management skills

Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years of experience in the Supply Chain Planning IT
  • Proven leader with ability to engage and motivate direct and indirect reports. 5+ year of experience managing IT teams
  • Experience successfully working in an offshore support model
  • Experience working with/in diverse teams and influencing stakeholders and other leaders not reporting to her/him
Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$125,500-$209,300

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
