Job Overview
The Enterprise Architect (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud) will lead the strategic design, integration, and governance of large-scale Salesforce CRM ecosystems within the pharmaceutical industry. This role ensures Salesforce solutions align with enterprise business objectives, regulatory standards, and digital transformation goals focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related life sciences platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement enterprise-wide Salesforce architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related solutions (e.g., Health Cloud, Veeva CRM).
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance CRM solutions aligned with industry standards (HIPAA, GxP, GDPR, PHI).
Develop architectural blueprints, data models, and integration strategies with ERP, MDM, and patient support systems.
Lead architecture governance, ensuring alignment with pharmaceutical compliance and commercial objectives.
Partner with product managers, sales leaders, and delivery teams to optimize workflows and enhance HCP and customer experiences.
Evaluate and integrate AI, analytics, and Data Cloud capabilities (Einstein Analytics, Agentforce) to drive patient-centric innovation.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years in Enterprise Architecture, with 5+ years in Salesforce solution design within the life sciences or pharmaceutical domain.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; experience with Health Cloud or Veeva CRM is preferred.
Proficiency with architectural frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and Salesforce EA methodologies.
Hands-on experience with integration technologies APIs, MuleSoft, FHIR/HL7, and data governance tools.
Salesforce Certifications:
Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred
System Architect or Application Architect required
TOGAF Certification preferred
Desired Competencies
Proven success leading CRM transformations and digital enablement in regulated, complex environments.
Strong business acumen to translate pharmaceutical strategy into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Experience driving multi-cloud and multi-platform Salesforce adoption.
Effective leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing senior business and IT stakeholders.
