Title: IT Project Manager
Location: Onsite in Glendale, WI
Duration: 12 month contract with potential to extend

Overview We're seeking a seasoned Senior IT Project Manager to lead data-centric initiatives focused on KPI tracking, reporting standardization, and enterprise dashboard deployment. This position plays a critical role in supporting executive visibility into operational performance by managing the successful delivery of unified data reporting projects across North America and Canada.
You will report to a regional program leader within an enterprise PMO and oversee the governance, planning, and delivery of key projects that drive data insights and support business strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Lead project planning, coordination, and execution for initiatives related to data management, KPI definition, and dashboard/reporting implementation.

Ensure stability and consistency across project delivery efforts, reporting status to leadership and aligning cross-functional teams.

Establish and enforce project management best practices to drive quality, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget.

Build and manage project timelines, assign team tasks, and ensure accountability and visibility into risks, blockers, and key decisions.

Work closely with IT, business analysts, and executive stakeholders to define reporting goals and translate business needs into technical requirements.

Manage communication across departments to ensure alignment on scope, deliverables, and business outcomes.

Adjust project plans dynamically in response to evolving business needs or shifting priorities.

Track key performance milestones and ensure that project results meet defined success criteria.
Qualifications
Required:
-
10+ years of IT experience, including at least 4 years in project management.

Strong understanding of data projects, reporting structures, KPIs, and dashboard technologies.

Proven ability to manage medium to complex IT projects, particularly around data and reporting.

Skilled at working cross-functionally and presenting updates to senior leadership.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Experience with formal project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid environments).

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

PMP or similar certification preferred.
Preferred:

Experience managing ERP-related data initiatives.

Background in supply chain or operational reporting is a plus.

Familiarity with BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and enterprise data environments.
