Job Description:
The selected candidate will design and implement solutions using technologies such as C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, PL/SQL, and Crystal Reports to support the NYS OMH s concert certification system and other mission-critical applications. The role involves full SDLC responsibilities, complex report generation, backend programming with Oracle, and user interface development.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

  • End-to-end SDLC including design, coding, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop reports using Crystal Reports connected to data warehouses and other sources.
  • Develop web-based applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, XML.
  • Perform Oracle DB development: PL/SQL coding, tables, indexes, triggers, packages, etc.
  • Source code management using Team Foundation Server (TFS).
  • Interact with business analysts to convert requirements into technical models.
  • Participate in knowledge transfer and mandated NYS trainings.
  • Comply with HIPAA and OMH confidentiality requirements.

Key Technical Skills Required (with experience expectations):

  • 84+ months in C#, ASP.NET, Angular
  • 84+ months with Crystal Reports 10+
  • 84+ months in Oracle PL/SQL
  • 84+ months in web technologies (HTML, XML, AJAX, jQuery, Bootstrap, CSS)
  • 48+ months using MVC 5+
  • 36+ months with TFS 2010+
  • 36+ months handling HIPAA/PHI data
