Description
IT Support technician will provide tier 1 & 2 IT troubleshooting for internal employees. This person will be the sole IT tech on site and will be tasked with implementing, maintaining, and enhancing IT infrastructure. This includes providing technical support, ensuring world-class customer satisfaction, adherence to company policies and enforcing company standards.
Assisting with calls, emails, walk ups and tickets in ServiceNow this person focuses on technology support and deployment of computers, tablets, mobile devices, printers, applications, and handheld scanners in both an office and manufacturing environment. This includes asset management for hardware devices. This role will also participate in IT related projects and deployments as needed by the business.
The ideal candidate will be converted to a permanent, full time employee once budget is approved. This could be at 6 months or beyond, however this technician will remain on contract to support this location until the conversion takes place.

3+ years of IT support, Windows 10, Windows 11, Office 365, Dell devices, hardware, break-fix, managing ticket queue, Active Directory, troubleshooting office and label printers, Outlook, Teams issues, VPN connectivity problems, additional support for various accounting and/or shipping software
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
