Description
We are looking for a skilled Back End Developer to join our team in Candler, North Carolina. This is a Contract-to-permanent opportunity, ideal for a motivated individual eager to contribute technical expertise and grow within the role. The position involves working on a variety of back-end development tasks, including maintaining and enhancing existing systems while collaborating with a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain back-end applications using ASP.NET and JavaScript.
Create, modify, and optimize SQL stored procedures to support application functionality.
Collaborate with senior developers to understand and transition knowledge of existing custom-built systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless system performance.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development practices.
Work closely with team members to implement new features and enhance system capabilities.
Adapt quickly to project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Showcase coding capabilities through skill assessments, GitHub projects, or portfolio submissions.
Provide input on system improvements and contribute to the overall development process.
Requirements
Proficiency in ASP.NET and JavaScript.
Strong experience working with SQL stored procedures, including creating and modifying them.
Familiarity with custom-built systems is highly advantageous.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly, especially when working with senior developers.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
A portfolio, GitHub repository, or skill assessment to showcase technical capabilities.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
