Salesforce Architect/Developer(100% Remote)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile Salesforce Developer to play a multi-faceted role across the Salesforce ecosystem. The position requires a balanced blend of project oversight, technical architecture, hands-on development, solution design, and system administration. The ideal candidate will be comfortable collaborating with stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, and ensuring the platform remains secure, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management (10%) Coordinate with stakeholders to define priorities, track deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical execution.
• Architecture (25%) Define and implement scalable, maintainable Salesforce architectures that support current and future business processes.
• Development (40%) Design, code, and test custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Flows, and other platform capabilities.
• Design (15%) Create functional and technical designs that optimize user experience, process efficiency, and system performance.
• System Administration & Role Security (15%) Manage user roles, permissions, profiles, data security, and platform configurations to maintain compliance and operational stability.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Salesforce development, architecture, and administration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security models and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Salesforce certifications preferred (Developer, Architect, Administrator, or equivalent).
• Candidate must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
