Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Developer with strong expertise in Python, MLOps, AWS, and Generative AI frameworks to join our team supporting our client. The ideal candidate will design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions leveraging Gen AI models to drive innovation, improve business processes, and optimize enterprise-scale applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy Gen AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, prompt engineering, fine-tuning).
Build and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines with strong focus on MLOps best practices (CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, drift detection).
Implement Gen AI solutions for NLP, document processing, knowledge graphs, chatbots, and intelligent automation use cases.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
Develop Python-based APIs and microservices to integrate Gen AI models into enterprise systems.
Leverage AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, Bedrock, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, IAM) for scalable AI/ML deployment.
Evaluate and integrate open-source LLMs (Llama, Falcon, Mistral) and commercial APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock).
Drive performance optimization for latency, cost, and accuracy in production-grade AI systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of professional software development experience with Python.
3+ years of experience in Machine Learning / AI development.
Strong hands-on experience with MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker Pipelines, Airflow).
Proven expertise in Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, embeddings, vector databases).
Proficiency with AWS cloud services (SageMaker, Bedrock, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS, CloudFormation/Terraform).
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps.
Solid understanding of data engineering and model deployment at scale.
Familiarity with financial services domain or enterprise-scale data/AI applications preferred.
