Job Details

Role: Adobe Workfront Architect / Agile Product Manager
Location: Strong preference for Atlanta or NYC (open to candidates local to any office on EST)
Onsite Requirement: 3 days per week at the office
Duration: Current end date 27-Mar-2026 (likely to extend)
Interview Process: 1 2 internal rounds, no client interview expected


Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement scalable Adobe Workfront solutions, including Fusion.

  • Design custom workflows, templates, and reporting dashboards.

  • Integrate Workfront with Adobe Experience Cloud and other enterprise systems.

  • Provide training, support, and change management for marketing, creative, and PMO teams.

  • Act as an Agile Product Manager / Product Owner proxy, serving as a trusted advisor to guide product vision and strategy.

  • Lead vision, strategy, and roadmap planning for digital products as part of Digital Business Transformation initiatives.

  • Conduct market/user research, customer journey mapping, and user testing to validate product decisions.

  • Collaborate with strategists, architects, design, and engineering teams to shape product propositions.

  • Drive ideation workshops, identify pain points, and generate solution hypotheses.

  • Create prioritized product roadmaps, define acceptance criteria, KPIs, and business outcomes.

  • Present business cases to stakeholders and lead business reviews.

  • Lead PI (Program Increment) planning cycles and coordinate with product owners and solution managers.

  • Collaborate with system architects to prioritize enablers and technical needs.

  • Stay current with industry trends to ensure competitive advantage.

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and lead multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Mentor Product Analysts and foster a continuous improvement mindset.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of professional experience in product management, digital transformation, or enterprise delivery.

  • Deep Adobe Workfront expertise, including Fusion, integrations, and API-based automation.

  • Java background preferred.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and training capabilities.

  • Proven success driving digital product vision, strategy, and execution from ideation to launch.

  • Expertise with Lean-Agile methodologies, continuous delivery principles, and PI planning.

  • Experience defining financial models, ROI, KPIs, and metric-driven decision making.

  • Strong leadership, servant leadership style, and ability to influence without authority.

  • Track record of leading change, workshops, ideation sessions, and innovation activities.

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams spanning strategy, UX, engineering, and analytics.


Preferred / Nice-to-Have Certifications

  • SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM)

  • Agile Product Manager Certification
