Job Title- CMMS IT Project Manager

Must Have Skills

Skill 1- 3-5 Years of Experience - project management experience with a demonstrated record of successfully leading end-to-end IT or system deployment projects.

Skill 2- 3-5 Years of Experience - formal project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, or hybrid).

Skill 3- 3-5 Years of Experience-manufacturing environments and/or CMMS or enterprise system implementations strongly preferred.

Skill 4- 3-5 Years of Experience -Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including milestones, action logs, and resource tracking.

Skill 5- 3-5 Years of Experience-Organize and lead project meetings; communicate progress and drive deliverables to schedule.

Skill 6- 3-5 Years of Experience-Compile and present project status reports to stakeholders and leadership.

Skill 7- 3-5 Years of Experience-Monitor and report progress of project phases and key milestones; identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Skill 8- 3-5 Years of Experience-Ensure standard project management best practices and governance are followed.

IT PM Roles - Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including milestones, action logs, and resource tracking.
Organize and lead project meetings; communicate progress and drive deliverables to schedule.
Compile and present project status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
Monitor and report progress of project phases and key milestones; identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure standard project management best practices and governance are followed.
Report and escalate critical issues or delays to leadership as needed.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including implementation checklists, site readiness reviews, and closure reports.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Expected Deliverables:
- Fully developed and maintained CMMS rollout plan
- Weekly status reporting and executive summaries
- Successful deployment of CMMS across designated manufacturing sites

Key Skills:
3 5 years of project management experience with a demonstrated record of successfully leading end-to-end IT or system deployment projects.
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, or hybrid).
Experience in manufacturing environments and/or CMMS or enterprise system implementations strongly preferred.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across diverse teams and regions.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize technical and business requirements clearly.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred but not required.
