Role Summary: The Scrum Lead is responsible for the successful delivery of projects and initiatives within our organization. Role Summary: The Scrum Lead is responsible for the successful delivery of projects and initiatives within our organization. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, engineering, UI/UX, and product management teams to facilitate project delivery. The Scrum Lead also provides agile coaching support to assigned teams, ensuring effective and efficient delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery: Accountable for the day-to-day support and delivery of projects within the development team.
- Agile Coaching: Provide agile coaching to the team and product partners, driving the effectiveness of agile ceremonies.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead the team in identifying and implementing better ways of working, focusing on iterative and incremental value delivery.
- Expectation Management: Manage expectations on delivery and capacity, communicating progress towards goals and milestones.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and manage issues, risks, and dependencies early, working to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Team Support: Assist teams in staying focused and organized, facilitating continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and metrics analysis.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Help with cross-team communications and coordinate dependencies, tracking meeting minutes, actions, follow-ups, and summaries.

- Agile: Deep knowledge of Agile philosophy and principles, experience in coaching teams and stakeholders in Agile practices, and familiarity with delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and scaled frameworks (Scrum-at-Scale, SAFe, LeSS).
- Soft Skills: Strong executive presence, facilitation skills, written and verbal communication, stakeholder relations, negotiation, and presentation skills.
