Responsibilities
* Collaborate with product managers, researchers, developers, and other designers to define and deliver user-centered solutions.
* Translate complex business and user requirements into intuitive, elegant designs.
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, that align with Navy Federal s design system and accessibility standards.
* Coordinate with user research team for usability testing to validate design decisions.
* Help evolve and maintain our design systems and contribute to design documentation.
* Present and communicate design work clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
* Contribute to design strategy for products
Qualifications
* Bachelor s degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years of experience in UX or Product Design, preferably in a large-scale or regulated environment.
* Strong portfolio showcasing a range of user-centered design projects with wireframes, and clear problem-solving and impact.
* Proficiency in Figma and XD.
* Working knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design best practices.
* Experience with Agile or Scrum workflows.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience designing for financial services, enterprise systems, or high-volume transactional interfaces and their role in customer engagement and service.
