Strategic Planning Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a hybrid Strategic Planning Analyst to join their team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have expertise in collecting and analyzing data, developing compelling data visualizations, and building interactive KPI dashboards that communicate progress toward S.M.A.R.T. goals. This role is critical to ensuring that strategic initiatives are measured, tracked, and communicated effectively, enabling leadership and stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities
* Collect, analyze, and interpret data to assess progress toward strategic objectives and S.M.A.R.T. goals
* Develop, maintain, and administer interactive KPI dashboards in Microsoft Power BI and Tableau to track implementation performance
* Design and deliver visually engaging data presentations and reports that clearly tell the story of progress and outcomes
* Collaborate with leadership and functional teams to identify performance metrics, data sources, and reporting requirements
* Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for executive and operational decision-making
* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timeliness in performance reporting
* Support the development of performance management frameworks and processes to track the achievement of strategic objectives
* Facilitate ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and refinement of strategic implementation plans through data-driven recommendations

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Project Management, or a related field
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in building and managing performance management dashboards
* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Tableau for data visualization and dashboard development
* Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
* Experience in performance measurement, KPI tracking, and S.M.A.R.T. goal reporting
* Excellent communication and storytelling skills for presenting complex data in a clear and compelling manner
* Ability to work onsite in Washington, D.C. with clients 2-3 days per week

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
