Job Title: Network Voice Engineer Tier II & III Support
Type: Full Time / Contract
Location: Plano, TX (On-site)
Summary :
Looking for a Voice Network Lead to manage Tier III support for enterprise UC platforms, VoIP systems, and collaboration tools.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support Cisco Call Manager, Unity, Contact Center.
- Troubleshoot SIP, H.323, SCCP, MGoogle Cloud Platform protocols.
- Configure voice gateways, SBCs, SIP trunks.
- Resolve VoIP quality issues (jitter, latency, packet loss).
- Manage dial plans, QoS, and conferencing systems.
- Integrate UC tools (Webex, Teams, Zoom).
- Guide Tier I/II support and lead voice projects.
- Maintain documentation and on-call support.
Qualifications :
- 8 10 years in voice network operations.
- Team leadership and vendor coordination experience.
- Preferred: CCNP Collaboration, CCVP.
